  16. i weigh 230lbs i’m 6 ft tall and 40yrs old. im in pretty good shape, football player shape. i’m pretty muscular but i know i want to get ripped. i wanna lose about 15 to 20 pounds. what should i do to keep from being bulky?i wanna be lean. hope i made sense
