hey jeff, through doing these workouts i must say they are AMAZING, but my obliques on my right side are really popping out much more than my left, i tried doing more things for my left but that didnt really help, any suggestions?

my name is mark and i am going to play football at saint thomas this year as a running back. Im about 6’2 210 and i hav 7 % body fat. I am wondering if running as well as doing your workout will help me build a strong core? and are you supposed to be eating a lot of protein as well as weigh protein shakes or will that add fat to my core by taking these shakes?? thanx
Week 5 Jeff! I’m still pushing through. You mention a strict diet in this one, when do you talk about what to eat at the five meal? I remember mentioning what to cut back on but where do you mention anything more specific.

@JDCav24 So its not how they do crunches but its just how theres body is ? I dont want mine all crooked so far they look like there gonna be alright.
this is actually kinda hard they look easy but they hurt
almost half way point.
Ok guys I am off to week 6 today and so I leave another week behind me! So far I’ve seen good results as the upper 4 abs are comming through and the lower part starts to get shape in the same line. Keep working guys the results will come and once you have them you are not ever going to regret it plus it will motivate you to keep going !
@GuitarDreams1 It’s what makes us all different. Some of us are the “Abs” and others are the “Ab Nots”
Those with abs can still have very different looking midsections depending upon the orientation of the muscle fibers making them up.
Jeff i ahve a question why some guys get there abbs crooked likethe lines are over laping in weird way does it have to do on how they do the excercises or thats how there body is built ?
