@kimplang Hey Allan…yes, that’s a good substitute since it’s bodyweight and easily modified to reduce or add to the difficulty. That said, just have to be sure about the training effect you’re looking for since the vertical pull exercise of the pullup becomes a horizontal pull in the new variation.
Hello Jeff! I’m Allan, a fitness trainer. If ever the elastic band is not available for band-assisted pull-ups for my trainees having pull-ups issues, would it be possible if I substitute it with a reverse row underhand grip on the Smith’s Machine since it is both utilizing body weight? Thank you.

jeff i know that if you go all the way down with a curl or dumbell your bieceps will be bigger but if you go half way down for them will it make your muscle shape differntly

you appear 2b cheating even b4 u use your obvious cheat method, elbows move back and forward, cheating with legs is better, swinging this way can compres the lumber vertebrae, injure the lower back, that is’nt a little lean, thats practically the start of a barbell row, negatives should also b used sparingly, not every workout, yru using a tiny range of motion on the negative portion of the chin, like the curl its all the way down, pre exhausting biceps b4 a large exercise, whole body weight?

im 13 years old..i will turn 14 in like 4 months..im 5’4 and im about 52 kg..will i stunt my growth from lifting dumbells, (light) bench pressing, crunching, etc? if yes then will i stunt my gowth alot or jus a little bit?
