The King of The No Equipment Workout – AthLEAN X Show


www.athleanx.com In a slight departure from the workouts I’ve been bringing to you free week after week, I had to stop and show you something this week that absolutely blew my mind. This guy…I’ll call him the “Man of Steel” (he works at a steelyard) sent in a video of him performing a pushup…that blew me away so much that I had to go out and see him first hand! The guy’s strength is unbelievable! I wanted to show this to you and show you how with little to no equipment, you too can get great results in your very own home gym doing the same types of exercise.
