the most important thing for getting 8 pack abs is to do cardio on diet. Eat a lot a veggies and grains. DO THE EXCERSICES AND DIET WITH CARDIO

@CrimsonEnds He means generally. I worked out abs and did extensive cardio while i was bulking up but never had a six pack. Just “semi-abs”. Then i got my nutrition right, with low carbs high protein dinners and cutting out junk. Now I got my results. My friend eats like crap, never works out abs, and doesn’t run. But has a ripped 6 pack. Why? Genetically he was given an extremely high metabolism, but for the most of us, our metabolisms are moderate, and require proper nutrition to reveil abs.

Why bother will all of this? A car will still out run you, a forklift will still out lift you, a hydraulic press will still out press you, a gun will still out kill you… Human beings are of a fairly inefficient and weak design. @lokrenzo hell ye mate, flyndrefitte is a spastic. The abdominal wall/ or trunk consists of four types of muscles: external obliques, transverse abdominals, internal obliques and the rectus abdominals. It is in our very physical existence that we have 8 rectus abdominal muscles (seen as an 8 pac) so that we may maintain the correct internal pressure for respiration and forced expiration. I am a medical student, this is my speciality, you can get an 8 pac or 6 pac if you work hard my friend.
People can’t expect this to make them look like Taylor. If it was easy as doing a few ab exercises wouldn’t everybody look like him? Just saying. You want results?! It’s called diet and cardio. It’s the only way you’ll remove body fat which will reveal your ab muscles. Go ahead with the thumbs down, it’s just my opinion…everybody has one.
I’m not dissing this video at all, I’m just saying, if you don’t eat correctly, you’ll have a layer of flab over your muscles.Workingout is awesome, and so is JD, but you gotta eat right also.
