@theused0321 I know you comments old,
But I received that message,
Just as I thought, shit If I had a Personal Trainer telling me the best exercises, telling me my routine, and keeping me on my routine, I’d be super ripped too,
As for us though, we have to figure all of this out, and figure out the best (exercise, workout etc) for us.
Interesting way to increase resistance. I’ll defiantly try this.
@santhdez9 what do you should suggest? a mean you sound like you know what your talking about? and how much cardio do u recomend..?
@xJak93 you will get ripped… you only have to be VERY disciplined with your diet and your cardio
@santhdez9 thanks man! so am i going to take longer to get ripped or not gonna get ripped at all? and my friends head is sort of n it he doesnt eat 100% all the time!!
@JDCav24 no have you got a website i can visit? or info i can see?
@xJak93 its all about genetics dude… either you were born to have a good body or not… some have a very diffucult time gaining mass, others getting ripped
pros and cons
i bet your friend wont get a lot of mass unless he really puts his mind into it, in the other hand, i think you will get better mass results
hey jeff just wondering but how long have you been bodybuilding?
Hi Jak….
We received your comment about your lack of results in the gym. Have you tried AthLEAN-X yet? It is very different from the traditional workouts and starts to provide visible results even within the first 2-3 weeks.
yo jeff

@shagadelicbabyya You’re right my brother. My muscles tend to be really proud. If I don’t show them attention, they kiss me goodbye.
@TenguMT dude, your diet sucks then
@pikey2905 bro its your fault for quitting but your muscles have muscle memory get back in there before they forget.
LOL
What type of bands should I buy for this? I know at Academy they have some that range from 8lbs – 100 lbs, I am not sure if they are legit or not.
Everyone seems to think that celebrities have some secret workouts and secret diets to bulk up. They all do the same thing to get big-Lift heavy and eat a shitload of food. There is no secret anything out there. You just need motivation and dedication to get to your goal.
@JDCav24 Thanks Jeff. I will.
So, should I start with a light routine or move on to heavy dumbells?
P.S. I been watching all your vids, they are outstanding. Good job.
@pikey2905 Stay away from that garbage man. With a sincere dedication to getting back in the game, you’ll be able to make great progress and won’t have to rely on unhealthy means for getting there. In the end, you’ll be prouder of your accomplishments as well knowing it was all a result of your hard work!
Jeff, I am 28, 6’1”, and currently 160-165 pounds. I started lifting weights in military high school and then through college (that’s about 8-9 years time). I also did some swimming whilst those years. I quit weights about 6 months ago because I was just fed up of the weight room, and due to my extremely high metabolism I lost a lot of muscle (12 pounds).
I am now highly motivated to come back fast and better. Kindly advice me on how to come back properly? Should I get some juice? Many thanks
did this a few weeks ago found it amazing
Hey Jeff; what do you think of programs like Starting Strength and Stronglifts for developing a strength base?
You have a lot of great videos with really useful information, but I guarantee anybody who follows the routines or advice will not put 30lb of muscle on in that amount of time without taking HGH or steroids. It just isn’t possible
hey, Jeff. Um i was wondering about my biceps! Im just 15 and i have my right arm more trained than the left arm. When i show my right biceps it grows big but when i show my left biceps it doesnt grow that much! Please an advice!
I’m gonna have to say that this has helped me a lot. My biceps just seemed to stop growing. I added this into my routine and seems to be working so far. Thanks a lot. Great video.
