  2. It is a well known secret that actors are able to add 10-20- or 30 lbs of muscle for a role is because they take steroids.

  7. arpeggiosmaster

Why should someone would like to train with this movie-crap-routine if you can play real rugby and train for real rugby?
why should someone would like to see like Matt Damon if you can look like James Haskell by training and playing like him??

  8. @JDCav24 Great we have loads of fat ugly chicks round are way il use one of them.

  9. That’s why i like boxing workouts, he only worked out for like 6 to 7 mins and was breathing freakin hard, I’d rather have strength, power, and stamina combined than just have a nice body like this guy. Yea Yea don’t get me wrong he is in pretty good shape

  10. The fastest rugby games in the world are played by the All Blacks.

  11. You don’t play rugby do you? This is all very average stuff and definitely not rugby fitness!…O and do we all have to do it with our shirts off?!!

  12. cool workout idea!

  14. @Mhatty07 Definitely. Whatever you have at your disposal!

  15. instead of the med ball, could plates be used? or even weights?

  16. @wizardlyfriend The thing that i worry about when doing the weights is if i will lose my pace and agility also another big concern is to keep the inflence up because after a week i start to lose it i need to find something to keep me going but do not know what or whom.

  17. that last workout thing really impressed me, thank god i have a tread mill haha

  18. @AlbieJAssassin All you need to train for rugby is a barbell and some weights: squats, bench presses, overhead presses, deadlifts, power cleans should be the focus of strength training. Everything else you can do on a field. Running/sprinting/agility training. At 16 you don’t need to be fancy, work on building muscle and the basics. Focus on power cleans and overhead presses, these are the best exercises to build a strong body for rugby. I know a lot of rugby players that do clean and press

  19. @ryanjm yes, for rugby!! silly boy!

  20. @reubenw59 Reading comprehension fail. Where did I say this wasn’t useful for rugby? Clue: Nowhere. I said this isn’t good for building muscle and getting “big.” Notice the title of the video: Building muscle like matt damon.

  21. @ryanjm your american you have absolutely no clue about rugby… its not all about weights.. these would be incredibly uselfull for a rugby player
