www.athleanx.com In a slight departure from the workouts I’ve been bringing to you free week after week, I had to stop and show you something this week that absolutely blew my mind. This guy…I’ll call him the “Man of Steel” (he works at a steelyard) sent in a video of him performing a pushup…that blew me away so much that I had to go out and see him first hand! The guy’s strength is unbelievable! I wanted to show this to you and show you how with little to no equipment, you too can get great results in your very own home gym doing the same types of exercise. Now, my AthLEAN-X Training System is also a workout system that can be done either in the gym with lots of equipment, or at home with the home gym little to no equipment necessary version of the workout. If you haven’t seen this pushup before…it’s crazy. If you have never tried this pushup variation before, be careful when you do. It’s very intense. You have to build up to this and it’s not for novice weight trainers. In my travels, I have seen some crazy feats of strength, but this one is definitely at the top of my list. Once suggestion, now that The Expendables is coming out like in a couple of weeks, how about putting together a video of Stallone’s training, or Jason Stadham, or Randy Couture and Terry Crews, the movie is going to rock, and I belive Muscle and Fitness is doing a report on how this whole creo of badasses trained for the movie.

@crazykorean2268 lol thanks man and yea I am a blue belt in gracie jiu jitsu. I love it. Although I play basketball thats my sport that got me to college.
@UTBaller22 damn! u r fit as hell. i would not mess w/ u… u like martial arts? i do martial arts w/ athleanx, a lot better than athleanx alone. thats just my suggestion. i LOVE martial arts especially MUAY THAI and TKD!
@UTBaller22 i agree and disagree with you. agree w/ u that it is bad, BUT disagree with hurt more than help. I use it wisely. i eat very healthy and i exercise rigorously, at least an hour a day, of course, no cardio unless u consider heavy bags a cardio lol. i lost 7.5 lbs in 5 days. i achieved it, so the remainder, my friend wants it. dont worry he knows bout these things too, dont worry man
@crazykorean2268 No fat burners come on man you know those arent good for you! They hurt more than help.
@JDCav24 hey man I just purchased the athlean x program. I am 5’11 170 and I am decently fit I workout 4 days a week, but Im looking for something a little different than my workout and the program looks legit for sure, but Im not wanting to shed the pounds off because I am only about 7 percent body fat right now, so will the athlean x still work for me?

@OneCodeTCOB I’m with you man. People stop judging other people on appearances! I’m getting tired of it. I used to be like that. I learned quickly that I had no friends. Now I respect everybody regardless of appearances, race, ethics, religion, etc. now ppl say to me that im very respectful and what not
@poptart212 if u rly want to lose weight, buy a fat burner, not at GNC though! they ripped me off! go to places like Vitamin Shoppe: cheap, they know what they are talkin bout, free rewards card. if u rly want to kick it up a notch, the guy at GNC said take CLA. ask the guys at vitamin shoppe. they know these things, and they dont bs like GNC. good luck. i still feel u should stick at 145….
@poptart212 I def agree with Jeff. 145 is pretty low for a guy, in my opinion. I’m 5’7”, I weight 170-180 lbs. which i find it perfect for me. i totally DO NOT recommend to 115. go small do 135, 2 c how u feel. u a mma fighter? jw, cuz 135 is bantamweigh and rumor is goin around that 125, flyweight is gna happen.
