  1. awesome routines, EXCEPT for the medicine ball/shoulder press 5.25. That’s not righteous AT ALL. Major risk of injury on that and there’s no benefit that i can see on doing the presses like these. That is, unless someone else can prove it.

Just that tweak in a traditional exercise made a big improvement! Truth be told external rotation shoulder exercises although crucial is often important-maybe because they’re so boring. But now I can’t forget them with these exercises.

  13. @built04Cobra As far as i know, you dont need to be sore/DOMS, you can be fine but your muscles will still be re-building ! its just a thing that varies now and then, like even the smallest amount of exercise can cause soreness, or a full on workout with no pain if you get me !

    @built04Cobra Not really, it usually means you didn’t do a cool down or if you’re still sore for more than 2 days means you probably did too much. Its better to do a cool down for 5 to 10 mins so you won’t be as sore the next day or 2. And when I say cool down I don’t mean go on the stationary bike and bike slowly I mean cool down your shoulders for the shoulders by doing slow movements with no weights and very little or no resistance. Stretching can also be part of it too.
